Professional journey
From learner to leader. From training to impact.
My professional journey did not begin behind a boardroom table. It began inside the learning ecosystem itself.
The perspective
I have experienced learning programmes from different sides of the room.
Learner. Facilitator. Designer. Coordinator. Leader. Each position taught me something different about what people need and what programmes require.
This progression is why I think beyond content. I consider recruitment, confidence, facilitation, logistics, stakeholder expectations and the next opportunity after learning.
