Social Impact & Community Development
Designing and delivering programmes that meet real community needs, from Cape Town townships to cross-border contexts.
Learning • Skills • Community Impact
Helping organisations design learning, skills and community programmes around real people, real barriers and meaningful pathways to opportunity. Cape Flats rooted with more than 10 years across learning, implementation and social impact.
The problem
Content can be correct, attendance can be recorded and certificates can be issued while the programme still overlooks what participants know, what barriers they face and what opportunities exist afterwards.
My approach begins with context. I listen before designing, connect learning with realistic next steps and build the delivery systems that help good intentions work in practice.
A working belief
“Understand before you design.”
