How requests are handled
A request is acknowledged and dealt with within a reasonable time. Where identity needs to be confirmed before information is shared or deleted, that is done in a proportionate way. If a request cannot be met, the reason is explained.
Security safeguards
Reasonable safeguards are in place, including encrypted connections, restricted access to the practice inbox and limits on who may see enquiry content. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed by any system.
Third-party processing
Only the service providers needed to run the website and deliver enquiries process personal information on instruction. These are the hosting and delivery provider, the form delivery service and the email provider for the practice inbox. No information is sold or shared for marketing.
Cross-border processing
Some of these providers operate infrastructure outside South Africa, which means an enquiry may be processed in another country while it is being delivered and stored. Only the information needed to deliver and answer the enquiry is involved.
Participant and programme information
Information about programme participants gathered during consulting work is treated as confidential to the client organisation. It is not published on this website, and identifiable participant material is only used where appropriate permission exists.
