Evidence
Experience behind the work
Mishqah's employability experience includes Skills to Succeed Academy and Accenture employability tools, sessions with RCLs and prefects at Cape Town High School and work with Business students at College of Cape Town.
She independently planned, coordinated and hosted a Cape Town High School learner graduation in front of hundreds of people.
RLabs Connect focused on career pathways, career guidance, work readiness and employability preparation. Mishqah converted programme knowledge into a structured playbook and organised resources to support repeatable delivery. Her later Recruitment & Training Lead responsibilities broadened this experience into recruitment, onboarding, training, programme delivery and participant experience.

Cape Town contains very different opportunity environments within one city. A useful employability programme should not assume that every participant has the same network, transport options, device access, confidence or understanding of workplace systems.
Mishqah's Cape Flats rooted experience helps keep programme design close to those practical realities while still building professional capability and ambition.
