Context
The Personal Leadership component focused on self-awareness, purpose, personal growth and the development of confident, disciplined leadership. Through guided reflection and honest conversations, participants explored their personal journeys, reflected on who they wanted to become, the goals they hoped to achieve and the legacy they aimed to build. HOPE FC teams and YES Interns are among the groups who receive this training, using these reflections to recognise their individual growth and understand how their personal development strengthened their collective leadership.
Mishqah's role
I proofread, sub-edited, typeset and designed the page layouts for 21 modules, transforming the coursework into visually engaging digital workbooks and worksheets that were also optimised for printing and practical use.
Evidence & why it matters
The redesigned materials provided participants with structured, accessible resources to support their learning and practical application of the course content. The workbooks and worksheets have been actively used by HOPE FC teams and RLabs YES interns for the past six years, demonstrating the curriculum's sustained relevance and extending its value.
