A post-learning employability programme designed to support participants in transitioning from skills development into career and employment opportunities, covering career pathways, career guidance, work-readiness and practical employability preparation.
Mishqah's role
I packaged the RLabs Connect programme into a structured playbook, documenting the full process to enable implementation and scalability across regions. I sourced supplementary facilitator videos and organised the programme's existing resources into a clear, navigable repository, making it easier for future facilitators to prepare, access materials and deliver the programme effectively.
Evidence & why it matters
I transformed the programme's processes and resources into a structured, replicable model that could be transferred to new regions and facilitators. The playbook and centralised resource repository strengthened facilitator readiness, supported consistent programme delivery and created a practical foundation for growth.
