Context
The Launch Programme was an in-person staff development programme created to onboard young people entering RLabs through the Youth Employment Service (YES) Initiative. The programme introduced new interns to RLabs culture, values and ways of working while developing foundational capabilities in personal and professional leadership, self-actualisation, self-management and learning and technology.
Mishqah's role
I oversaw the team responsible for developing the Launch Programme, providing direction and input throughout the development process. I also contributed directly to the programme content and structure, helping shape the learning experience and ensure alignment with RLabs' culture, values and development needs.
Evidence & why it matters
The programme equipped new YES interns to understand and navigate RLabs' culture, values and workplace expectations, supporting their transition into the organisation and readiness for their internship experience.
