ReCha

I played an integral role in driving the end-to-end learning and programme experience, shaping and coordinating recruitment, onboarding, training, masterclasses, support sessions, excursions, stakeholder engagements, marketing materials and programme logistics. I led and delivered the core onboarding programme, covering waste management, Business Model Canvas, Value Proposition Canvas and financial literacy, while overseeing volunteers and interns who co-facilitated the learning experience.

I also coordinated and hosted hybrid Fireside Chats, secured industry speakers, facilitated exposure to established ReCha businesses and managed the training team, service providers and operational requirements underpinning programme delivery, strengthening the programme's ability to equip entrepreneurs to build and sustain viable recycling businesses.

More than 1,690 people, approximately 18 to 60 years old, were supported through ReCha training and development activities.

I shaped and drove a continuous entrepreneurial learning journey, extending ReCha beyond onboarding into sustained business development and support. Through practical business exposure, support groups, masterclasses, Fireside Chats, financial literacy workshops and ongoing WhatsApp engagement, I created multiple touchpoints for ReCha owners to build knowledge, strengthen their businesses and remain connected to the wider ecosystem.

The value I brought strengthened the programme as a connected community of entrepreneurs, facilitators, industry experts and business stakeholders, creating an environment where knowledge, experience and opportunities could be shared beyond individual training sessions. By bringing together learning, relationships and real-world business exposure, I contributed to a more connected and empowered network of recycling entrepreneurs.
