Context & objective
In 2016, after entering RLabs as a learner and progressing into an internship, I led the first RLabs Café in Cape Town CBD.
My role & contribution
I took early responsibility for leadership, day-to-day operations, entrepreneurship and programme implementation. The experience moved me from participating in a learning ecosystem to helping create and run one.
Evidence & why it matters
RLabs Café became an important early chapter in my professional progression. It gave me practical experience of the people, operational decisions and accountability behind programme delivery.
