Context
In 2016, after entering RLabs as a learner and progressing into an internship, I led the first RLabs Café in Cape Town CBD.
Mishqah's role
I took early responsibility for leadership, day-to-day operations, entrepreneurship and programme implementation. The experience moved me from participating in a learning ecosystem to helping create and run one.
